2 月 28 日，菜鸟与西双版纳巨擘国际物流有限公司在杭州签署物流科技合作协议。根据协议，菜鸟将发挥数智化的领先优势，为巨擘打造国际物流管理系统，帮助其实现端到端运输场景全链路可视化，进而以管理的精细化达成提质增效。
据悉，巨擘主营零担、快递、整车、报关、贸易等相关业务，总部位于老挝万象。巨擘目前在老挝会晒、东鹏、南塔、勐赛、琅勃拉邦、万象等地设有分公司，并在中国开设昆明、景洪、勐腊三个集货仓。此次菜鸟为巨擘打造的国际物流管理系统以 TMS（运输管理系统）为核心。该系统具有全链路监控、可视化调度、业财一体、精益管车、运输安全、功能灵活配置等能力，可帮助巨擘在运输环节实现全链路可视化。
