2月15日，第十五届北京国际餐饮业供应链展览会（北京餐博会）在中国国际展览中心顺义馆开幕，本届餐博会为期三天，将持续至2月17日。据介绍，本届餐博会共汇集了超1100个中外品牌参展，展品涵盖了餐饮食材、预制菜、水产海鲜等，为业内人士搭建了采购交流的平台。

冷链物流网了解到，本届餐博会首次设置了“首发首创新产品展区”，豆立方·汤王豆筋、吉得利松茸鲜、仟味高汤等均出现在其中。同时，餐博会期间，大美中国“豆立方·汤王豆筋”杯第二届国际烹饪艺术技能大赛同期召开，约300名厨师参赛，切磋烹饪技艺。据了解，本届餐博会由中国商业联合会、商业饮食服务业发展中心、北京市中华厨艺研究会、北京恒辉国际展览有限公司主办，北京市餐饮行业协会、天津市饭店协会、河北省饭店烹饪餐饮行业协会等协办。
