6月12日，京东物流（喀什）智能物流港项目在新疆喀什市开工奠基。据17356物流网了解到，上述项目由喀什市人民政府、京东物流集团、喀什新广智慧物流有限公司，共同打造现代化5G智能综合物流园，建成后将成为南疆首个大型5G数字化综合物流园。不仅能够满足喀什及周边地区的商贸物流服务需求，还将形成面向中亚、南亚地区的出口前置供应链服务网络。

喀什新广智慧物流有限公司董事长凌义杰说，项目的落地有望将喀什及周边地区的电商物流时效提升1天以上，将提升当地消费者的购物体验和商家的服务水平，也将缩短中亚、南亚贸易客户的长途货运流程。
据悉，项目共分三期建设，一期工程今年6月开工，12月竣工，实现当年立项、当年建设、当年交付、当年运营。项目计划年产值3000万元，全面建成投产后可实现带动就业1000人以上。
