自2023年8月获批长三角区域内首个铁路场站的“海运出口集装箱新能源商品车监装点”以来，无锡西站物流园区创新打造了海铁联运新能源汽车“一箱制”模式，通过“前置装箱”“前置监装”“前置申报”形式，可为企业降低 28％ 的物流运输成本，减少约3天运输时间。
今年 1-5 月，无锡西站物流园累计发运新能源车510 辆，超去年全年发送量。同时，无锡班列公司持续拓展中欧班列、海铁联运、笼车班列等多种商品车出口运输方式，为上汽大通、 吉利、奇瑞等汽车企业提供了专业的定制化服务，并帮助上汽大通打通了出口至中亚地区的国际物流通道。在多个铁路班列齐发的支撑下，今年1-5 月无锡西站已累计发送 4552台商品车，超过 2023 年全年总量，其中笼车国际联运1684台、海铁联运2858台、中欧班列 10 台，运送货物价值约 9.1 亿元。
商品车贸易集散地效应在西站物流园初步显现。下一步， 无锡西站物流园将继续抢抓商品车发展机遇，完善基础设施、 补强枢纽功能，提升服务能级，加快打造辐射长三角的商品车集散中心。
