17356物流网6 月 12 日获悉，丰树物流信托（MLT）宣布，该信托的全资子公司 MAPLETREELOG SEASTAR ( XIAN ) ( HKSAR ) LTD 已与一家无关的第三方买家签订股权购买协议，以剥离其在丰树物流仓储 ( 西安 ) 有限公司的 100% 股权，丰树物流仓储 ( 西安 ) 拥有丰树（西安）物流园。
据了解，出售对价估计为人民币 7050 万元（1310 万新元），比该物业截至 3 月 31 日的 7000 万元人民币估值高出 0.7%。
丰树（西安）物流园由一个单层仓库、一个四层办公室和一个两层仓库组成，建筑年限近 20 年，净可出租面积约 22,876 平方米（246,235 平方英尺）。
MLT 基金经理表示，本次交易预计不会对丰树物流信托本财年的资产净值和物业净收入产生重大影响，释放的资金将为 MLT 提供更大的财务灵活性，以寻求具有更高增长潜力的高规格、现代物流设施的投资机会。
该笔交易预计将在 2024/2025 财年第三季度完成，完成后 MLT 的投资组合将包括 186 个物业。
