一起物流园近日获悉，国家综合货运枢纽补链强链重点项目中国（连江）海峡国际农产品物流园项目一期已完成验收，拟于近期试营业。
该项目毗邻凤城大道、丹江大道和福州绕城高速，总投资约40亿元，占地面积1000多亩，总建筑面积120多万平方米，距离福州城区仅30多公里，周边有福州国际空港、罗源湾港等立体交通网络。其中，项目一期建筑面积约50万平方米，投资额20亿元，主要建设数字化运营中心、农产品采配物流中心、冷链仓储配送中心、食品安全检测中心、配套办公宿舍、光伏发电、新能源充电等服务设施。
项目建成后，将辐射福州都市圈、浙赣、台湾地区及东南亚地区，可容纳1200户企业和商家入驻，吸纳就业人员2万人，有力提升我省农产品辐射能级。项目可辐射福州都市圈及浙赣、东南亚等地约8000万人口，实现年交易量超600万吨，年交易额约500亿元，入驻各类企业和商家约1200户，吸纳就业人员2万人，将有力提升福州的农产品辐射能级，成为福州打造商贸服务型国家物流枢纽中心城市的新引擎。
