4月15日“东莞卓泰塑料产品创新物流园项目”在广东省投资项目在线审批监管平台完成投资备案投资金额为1.75亿元。据了解，东莞卓泰塑料产品创新物流园项目位于谢岗镇赵林村广梅汕铁路与莞惠城际轻轨交会处，项目占地面积20393.7平方米，总建筑面积36517.85平方米，拟建4栋仓库和1栋办公楼，主要从事塑料原料供应、塑料产品研发、改性塑料研发、塑料科技成果转化、塑料企业孵化和塑料原料及成品仓储物流、批发等综合配套服务。建成达产后，预计年营业额约为9.56亿元。项目建设起止年限为2024年7月1日至2026年7月1日。项目建设单位东莞市卓泰仓储物流有限公司成立于2012年，注册地位于东莞市谢岗镇燕东工业区。经营范围包括仓储服务、自有物业租赁、有关物流信息的咨询服务、货物进出口、技术进出口。
