一起物流网日前获悉，2架无人机从中国邮政集团湖北十堰分公司火车站营业部出发，经过15分钟飞行，抵达茅箭区茅塔乡寄递物流共配中心，标志着湖北省首条低空物流配送线路进入常态化运营。
该线路全长14公里，过去邮递员开车需40分钟，无人机运输只需15分钟，配送成本降低20％左右。该线路使用的电动多旋翼无人机抗风性能好、自动化程度高，最大载重量可达10公斤，工作人员只需提前设定好配送线路，在配送点起降场地放好特定标记靶，无人机就会按照预设航线自主起降飞行。
去年以来，茅箭区加快布局低空经济产业，未来将持续深化低空飞行在农业生产、公共服务、应急救援及文化旅游等各类场景应用。当日，大洋物流园至汉江师范学院书香嘉苑等2条低空物流配送线路完成实地验证，为下一步正式开通做足准备工作。
