冷链物流网从海南高速公告获悉，公司拟与海南省物流集团有限公司签订《合作协议》。
根据协议，双方将结合主业发展方向，发挥各自优势，全方位合作开发物流服务、以园区为主的物流基础设施开发、面向物流的增值服务运营和物流产业投资与资本项目，包括但不限于新海陆岛物流园区项目、琼海东部物流园区、海口市汽车产业园项目、港口、码头以及衍生、配套等项目。
协议有效期为 1 年，公司依法享有项目的投资、建设、管理、运营等优先权，包括但不限于投资入股、园区投资、建设管理、配套服务独家经营等权利。省物流集团保证在本协议签订之日起 6 个月内不与除公司以外的其他单位、机构以及其他主体就本协议项下约定的合作内容进行洽商、会谈以及合作。
