2 月 22 日消息，胶东半岛全食材产业链项目各项工程已完工，预计 3 月投入生产运营。据了解，该项目是山东省重大项目，投用后，将与平度市 85 家企业或合作社达成合作，35 万亩蔬菜田地作为直供基地，日产预制菜 30 万份，实现年产值 20 亿元，年税收 1.5 亿元，预计在平度市仅食材供应采购额就达 6 亿元。
据悉，该项目由平度控股投资建设，位于平度市长江路以南、规划登州路以北、规划潮洲路以东、规划东外环路以西，规划建设面积 8 万平方米。主要建设第三方食品安全检测中心、食品交易工业互联网数据中心、食品营养配餐研发中心、全流程食材可追溯安全生产示范工厂、智慧冷链物流配送中心等，主要功能是进行相关食品类产品的加工生产工作、仓储物流等，致力于建立全食材加工及供应产业链、冷链物流，服务面向胶东半岛。
