第十五届北京国际餐饮业供应链展览会近日在新国展开幕，1100余家中外品牌参展，烹饪艺术技能大赛同期举办，来自全国的约300名顶尖名厨现场比拼厨艺，为观众带来一场美食盛宴。
走进展览现场，记者循着浓郁的炸肉香气，走到一处秦皇岛非遗品牌展台。桌前的架子上挂着成排的腊肠腊肉，油锅中的炸肉和炸排骨色泽诱人，十几名观众在展台前排队品尝，好不热闹。
北京餐博会已连续举办15届，是北方地区极具规模与影响力的餐饮行业展览交易盛会。本届展会共吸引国内外约1100家中外品牌参展，展品涵盖预制食材、水产海鲜、配餐调料、餐饮设备、外卖包装及食品包装等多个领域，全面展示餐饮行业上下游的各类产品与服务，为参展企业和商家提供丰富的选择和广阔的交流空间。
