中国(新疆)自由贸易试验区新疆生产建设兵团第十二师区块九鼎农产品批发市场—阿拉木图(冷链卡航)首发仪式10日举行。40余吨新鲜果蔬“乘坐”冷链卡航从该市场驶出，将由霍尔果斯口岸出境直达哈萨克斯坦阿拉木图市。
这是新疆首次实现果蔬通过冷链卡航直达中亚国家，也为中国(新疆)自由贸易试验区乌鲁木齐片区果蔬出口开辟新路线。
据了解，卡航是采用高性能卡车进行货物跨国运输，是继空运、海运、铁运之后的新兴运输方式，也被称为“第四物流通道”。按照《国际公路运输公约》，卡航运输全程不再进行倒装和卸货，过境国家海关原则上不查验、不开箱，具有运输成本低、仓位不受限、时效有保证、通关能力强等优势。
为保障此次冷链卡航顺利发运，乌昌海关指定专门人员跟踪服务，全程指导企业规范申报，并提前对接口岸海关，协调做好车辆手续办理，进一步压缩企业整体通关时间。
“卡航运输可减少一天运输时长，降低约3%的商品损耗。对采购商和市场外贸商户而言，成本降低，便捷程度提高。”上述市场相关负责人周凯说，该市场今后通过冷链卡航，每天能发出100吨至200吨果蔬至中亚国家。
