据悉，盒马将通过源头战略合作和大单采购的模式，与挪威的三文鱼养殖基地、工厂签定全年供给计划，为盒马全年稳定供给、全链路最优成本、最快流转效率给予充分保障。此次签订后，盒马对挪威三文鱼的采购规模预计将达到 70 万条。
此外，盒马还为挪威三文鱼设置了一条 ” 速通专线 “，使得三文鱼到港时间从原来的 90 小时缩短到 72 小时。同时，作为最早引入追溯系统的国家之一，挪威对出口产品有高标准的品质要求，三文鱼从收获到运输过程中，均可通过溯源系统，跟踪有关三文鱼健康和收获的详细信息，确保了食品安全全程可控。
