冷链物流网今日获悉，玉湖冷链（眉山）交易中心一期项目首栋数字孵化中心已顺利封顶。项目整体计划于 2025 年 6 月底完成交付运营。
据悉，玉湖冷链（眉山）交易中心项目是四川省重点项目，位于视高街道永兴社区，此次封顶的首栋数字孵化中心位于玉湖冷链（眉山）交易中心项目一期 D 区，总建筑面积约 5700 平方米，具有全链路创新金融、高品质生活办公服务、线上数智贸易等多种功能，将建成链接东南亚的标杆型水果特色园区，辐射西北地区，为周边提供冷链供应链配套服务。
该项目除数字孵化中心以外，其余 23 栋单体建筑建设也在同步快速推进中。整个项目总建筑面积约 17.2 万平方米，规划建设高标准智慧冷库、装配式冷库、加工中心、集配中心、商业服务区、体验中心、交易中心、仓贸一体化中心等建筑业态为一体的综合型交易中心。
