冷库运行中，偶尔会碰到低压比正常值低，即使开打或光效膨胀阀也没什么效果。手摸冷库机组过滤器，有点冷，潮湿有水珠，结露或结霜。这种现象，我们称之为过滤器堵塞。
过滤器堵塞，一般是系统不干净，铜屑焊渣等杂物堆积在过滤器里面，时间长了，越堆约多，那么液体制冷剂经过过滤器时，产生较大压力降，由于经过了膨胀阀一样，那么液体制冷剂经过节流之后，制冷剂会发生蒸发，吸收过滤器的热量，过滤器外表面就会比环境温度低，慢慢结露结霜。
正常的过滤器，温度是稍微比黄金温度高的，可以说是冷凝温度。一对比，摸摸过滤器，就知道是否堵了。发现过滤结露结霜，那么就要更换过滤器了。不能再继续使用。
如果更换了过滤器，低压压力还是上不去，就要检查其他方面了，是否还存在其他原因。
