宁夏回族自治区市场监管厅近日发布畜禽肉品消费提示，消费者网购畜禽肉品要选择正规平台，且有全程冷链配送的商家；购买肉品查看“两证两章”；购买新鲜的畜禽肉品要注意观察其感官指标是否正常。
宁夏回族自治区市场监管厅提醒，消费者购买畜禽肉品时，选择到证照齐全、管理规范的超市、市场和店铺购买，不要贪图便宜而购买流动摊贩和来路不明的肉品。网购畜禽肉品也要到正规平台，并选择有全程冷链配送的商家。
网购冷链运输
购买时要注意查看肉品的“两证两章”（即动物产品检疫合格证、肉品品质检验合格证和动物检疫验讫印章、肉品品质检验验讫印章），进口冷链畜禽产品还应查看入境货物检验检疫证明。
选购冷鲜、冷冻畜禽产品时，要选择有全程冷链储运并且配备冰箱、冷柜等制冷设备的商家，一般冷鲜肉品储存温度为0℃～4℃，冷冻肉品在-18℃及以下温度。
购买新鲜的畜禽肉品时，要仔细观察其感官指标是否正常，肉品表面应当不黏手，按压后凹陷恢复快，无异味、无黏液、无霉点。
