项目总投资65809.17万元，位于武川县金三角园区内，主要建设冷库4座，建筑面积83012.54㎡。总仓储量10万吨，年吞吐量达40万吨，存储产品覆盖生鲜海产品、农产品、冷冻肉产品、水果、鲜花、冰淇凌、药品、疫苗等。除了基本的仓储和物流配送服务外，基地还提供分拣、包装、贴标、冷链食品贸易、供应链金融等增值服务。

该项目将全力打造武川高原特色农畜产品品牌，建设内蒙古现代化冷链枢纽中心。通过信华国际全国冷链网络布局，链接东北、华中、华东、华南，打通农业产业化新通道，推动高原特色农畜产品走出去。
