冷链物流网近日获悉，信阳市光山新发地冷链物流园项目主体结构已全部完成，正在加紧推进二期配套设施建设，预计于今年 5 月 1 日全面完工，实现整体交付。
据冷链物流网了解到，该项目由北京新发地企业发展有限公司投资兴建，项目占地面积 256 亩，总建筑面积约 30 万方，计划投资金额约 5 亿元。项目分三期开发建设，一期 85 亩，二期 117 亩，三期 60 亩，新天地作为笫一期的市场南区，按照规划新建 17 栋主体建筑，主要以水果大棚，副食、茶叶、名特优农副产品批发为主力业态。
