一起物流网近日获悉，全球第一大海运货代德迅 Kuehne+Nagel 发布公告，宣布已达成协议，收购新加坡交易所主板上市公司 Chasen Holdings Ltd. 的子公司 City Zone Express。该交易预计将在未来几个月内完成，但还需经过相关监管机构的批准和 Chasen Holdings 股东的表决。
据悉，City Zone Express 是一家总部位于马来西亚的物流公司，成立于 2006 年，拥有 500 多名员工，业务遍及马来西亚、新加坡、越南、泰国和中国。专注于为东南亚地区提供高效、可靠的跨境公路物流服务。该公司拥有 260 辆运输车辆和 80,000 平方米的仓储空间，提供可靠的跨境物流服务，覆盖整个东南亚直至中国。
德迅管理委员会负责公路物流的成员 Hansj rg Rodi 表示，亚洲经济体是我们 2026 年规划蓝图公路物流服务开发的重要地区。通过收购 CityZone Express，实现了网络和服务互补，这将使公司在复杂的跨境市场环境中，更好地为客户提供量身定制的公路物流解决方案。
