公司回答表示：广弘农牧（兴宁）30万头生猪扩繁基地项目，该项目已列入广东省重点建设项目。项目位于梅州兴宁市刁坊镇，项目作为广弘控股“核心育种基地+现代化扩繁基地”的重要环节，将打造为规模化、智能化、绿色环保的生猪养殖基地，项目达产后，预计年出栏销售各类优质生猪约30万头，项目计划2024年投产。公司已在广州市增城区全资新设项目主体公司，并于2023年3月，由项目主体广东广弘智慧港产业运营管理有限公司以6500万元竞得位于广州市增城区中新镇福宁大道西侧的95173.8 平方米土地。本次竞得的土地地块将用于打造食品冷链智慧港项目的智慧冷链基地，智慧冷链基地是食品冷链智慧港项目的产业核心，是对广弘控股现有的冻品交易中心进行业态迭代升级，实现商业模式发展再出发。
