3月10日，位于深圳龙岗区的全国最大单体物流枢纽项目，“深圳国际综合物流枢纽中心”正在进行土石方工程与桩基础工程施工。该项目改变了单一宗地整体出让的传统方式，采取“铁路用地+物流用地”的混合出让模式，地表用于铁路轨道运输，地上空间用于物流枢纽等功能，实现地表、地上空间立体化利用，是节约集约利用土地的创新探索，成为全球首例在传统铁路货站上盖的智慧物流园。
项目将建设85万平方米的铁路上盖多功能仓储设施，涵盖高标仓、集运分拨、城市配送、跨境电商、冷库、智慧仓等多种业态，并依托国际、国内铁路班列，实现“铁路+城市物流”的功能融合，将打造为全国乃至亚洲单体规模最大的“公、铁、海”多式联运中心和国家级综合物流枢纽。项目预计2026年前建成，将为深圳市加快建设全球物流中心，推动对外贸易发展提供重要保障。
