据悉，镇巴县预制菜研发生产厂房建设项目总投资 1.2 亿元，占地约 12 亩，建设预制菜厂房 1 栋，其中包含生产车间、检测中心、冻库、缓化库和常温库，以及预制菜孵化中心 1 栋，其中包含研发中心、食品检测中心、质量溯源中心、展示中心、直播与电商中心。
项目建成投产后面向国内及国际市场，实施预制菜全产业链培育加工，形成预制菜 ” 原料——车间——餐桌 ” 全程闭环冷链物流模式，完善从田间到餐桌的冷物体系，形成稳定、高效、低成本的预制菜冷链物流网络，投产后将填补镇巴 ” 预制菜 ” 产业空白，助力打响镇巴土菜品牌。
