据悉，长三角国际农批中心总投资约 21 亿元，总建筑面积超 35 万平方米，其中冷库面积超 9.1 万平方米，共分为智慧冷储区、农产品交易区、中央厨房加工区、商务数据中心和共享配套中心五个功能区域，涵盖蔬菜、水果、肉类冻品、水产海鲜等多种品类。项目计划 2025 年竣工并投入运营，预计可实现农产品年交易量 150 万吨、年交易额 300 亿元以上。
