冷链物流网近日获悉，三元区富兴堡街道的名佑（福建）食品有限公司智慧冷链物流项目大楼主体完工，外墙面装修完毕。目前，工人们正忙于室内装潢，同时消防、供电等设施的配备工作也在紧锣密鼓地进行中。

名佑食品智慧冷链物流项目大楼总投资约3.5亿元，建筑面积约9万平方米，包括冷链仓储中心、调度中心、综合办公楼及员工宿舍等主体工程，计划2025年下半年竣工投产。该项目将成为三元区全面实施乡村振兴战略、加快农业产业链延伸、推动一、二、三产业高质量融合发展的重点工程之一。项目集良种猪繁育、商品猪生产、饲料加工、鲜肉分割、低温西式肉制品研发、深加工、冷藏、运输及市场营销于一体，致力于打造产业规模化和无公害养殖基地，建立完整生态全产业链，预计将创造300个以上的就业岗位辐射带动500户以上的农户。
