近日，交通运输部、财政部完成首批国家综合货运枢纽补链强链城市2022年绩效评价工作，厦福泉国家综合货运枢纽补链强链工作绩效考核获评“A”档，泉州市再次获得3.06亿元中央奖补资金。截至目前，共获得奖补资金6.39亿元。
综合货运枢纽补链强链是指通过加强基础设施及装备硬联通、规则标准及服务软联通、运营机制一体化等，实现多种运输方式深度融合发展。补链强链工作开展以来，泉州市以“铁水＋公铁＋陆空”多式联运型综合货运枢纽为示范，通过建设集疏运体系、综合货运枢纽体系，开展设备升级改造，不断增强物流中转能力，全力保障产业链供应链畅通。
泉州市集中财力重点打造一批优质项目，通过财政政策资金引导撬动作用，最大限度带动社会资本参与建设。同时，强化资金管理，印发奖补资金管理实施细则，规范资金用途与拨付流程，加强资金全过程跟踪监管和绩效管理，切实发挥资金使用效益。截至目前，中国物流泉州综合物流园、兴泉铁路黄塘货运站接线工程等20个补链强链项目累计完成投资39.28亿元，成功构建一批物流新枢纽、新通道。
