冷链物流网近日获悉，位于大峃镇樟岭隧道西出口的温州市文成县冷链物流基地建设项目正加紧建设。
据悉，该项目总投资高达 5.8 亿元，占地面积 8.69 万平方米，总建筑面积达到 11.1 万平方米。项目涵盖仓储用房、冷库用房、产品展厅等关键设施。目前，项目土方开挖已完成 70%，2-1、2-2 号楼基础垫层施工已 100% 完成，山体护坡 11、12 剖面第一至第三阶锚杆钻孔也已完成 100%。
另悉，该项目建设工期为两年，预计在 2025 年底完工。
