据介绍，国家开发银行制定专门工作方案，聚焦国家物流枢纽承载城市和国家骨干冷链物流基地承载城市内的重点物流项目，支持“四横五纵、两沿十廊”物流大通道、“四横四纵”国家冷链物流骨干通道等建设，通过优化信贷资源配置和差异化信贷政策，提供以中长期贷款为主的全面金融服务，助力构建“通道+枢纽+网络”的现代物流运行体系。
