冷链物流网获悉，由天津港保税区企业天津奥顺华懋冷链物流有限公司运营的天津滨海智慧冷链产业园项目正式开仓运营。这是天津港综合保税区内首家大型保税冷库。
近年来，在消费驱动下，京津冀地区的冷链物流需求不断壮大，带动天津冷链物流行业持续升温。随着天津纳入国家骨干冷链基地网络建设跻身“国字号”，作为北方的“城市冰箱”，天津冷链产业快速发展。北疆口岸是天津港主要的肉类及冰鲜产品进口口岸，其肉类及冰鲜水产品进口量约占天津港总进口量的60%，天津港保税区海港区域位于天津北疆港区范围内，具有区位优势，冷链产业发展活跃。
据了解，天津滨海智慧冷链产业园项目总投资8000万元，占地17403.54平方米，库容量2万吨。该项目将打造华北区域食材供应链一体化公共服务平台，打通食材生产、流通、消费等各环节，预计年周转量10万吨以上。天津港保税区持续开展冷链产业的强链补链工作，不断加大对国内大型优质冷链企业招商引资力度。
