清早，湖南永州新田县东升农场，工人们忙着采收新鲜蔬菜，随后挑拣、打包，由冷链物流车发往省外。“蔬菜包装后装车，连夜送到粤港澳市场。”东升农场负责人刘文表示。作为供粤港澳大湾区“菜篮子”基地，东升农场的蔬菜基地面积达6500亩。
永州市农业综合服务中心主任杨祝学告诉农产品冷链物流网，每份供应粤港澳大湾区的永州蔬菜都有专属“身份证”，生长、采摘、加工等各环节信息均可通过外包装上的二维码获知，全流程可溯源。
永州实施“果蔬拼装+集中申报”改革，供港蔬菜水果可以通过同一辆粤港两地车直接申报通关供港，比以往蔬菜、水果分车供港节约了运输成本。新鲜蔬菜不宜长期保存，通过“集中申报”，大幅节约了企业通关申报时间，降低了物流成本，提升了供港蔬菜的品质。
如今，不仅供粤港澳大湾区，永州蔬菜也出口到马来西亚、泰国等32个国家和地区。
