冷链物流网日前获悉，随着一批预制食品顺利进入粤港澳综保物流产业园冷链仓，标志着高栏港综合保税区“首单”保税冷链物流业务成功落地。据悉，该批货物属于长明国际（香港）集团有限公司，该公司在国内拥有多个水产养殖基地，产品主要销往香港、东南亚等地。
高栏港综合保税区冷链物流业务正式启动
进入高栏港综合保税区，一方面可以享受货物“入区即退税”的政策红利，减轻资金压力；另一方面区内冷链仓相较于香港本土，在租金成本、硬件设施上具备相当优势，更利于企业作为备货分拨中心，预计业务全面运营后年进出口货物总值可达2亿元。
目前，高栏港综合保税区内设有格力集团与普冷国际联营冷库1栋，面积近1.2万平方米。该库配备智能数字化预约及调度仓储系统，让冷链物流服务更透明、更便捷、更高效，采用“仓配一体、BC融合”的方式，可为品牌客户提供高标准的全温区仓储、运输及配送、国际货代、一件代发等物流服务。
