“冷链加工中心，自2024年9月与伊知牛公司达成合作，为其做代宰业务，截至目前，已经为其屠宰300多头牛，产出成品大概是100吨。这段时间，一直在赶订单。”内蒙古绿丰泉牛羊冷链加工中心副经理张博介绍说。据冷链物流网了解，内蒙古绿丰泉牛羊冷链加工中心由内蒙古绿丰泉农牧科技有限公司投资兴建，中心拥有年屠宰牛10万头、年屠宰羊50万只生产线各一条，同时配套屠宰分割车间、速冻食品车间、制冷机房、冷库等生产工程。
