江西润田实业股份有限公司因发展需求，拟新增物流线路运输服务采购项目，本着遵循“公开、公平、公正和诚实信用”的原则，现将有关招标事宜公告如下：
一、项目概况
江西润田实业股份有限公司2025年饮用水物流运输服务采购招标函
运输服务项目时间：2025年2月1日-2026年12月31日
二、投标人资格要求
1、具有道路运输主管部门批准的道路运输资质，拥有道路运输主管部门颁发的“道路运输经营许可证”具合法的经营资质，注册资金在 200 万元以上，且具有三年以上的物流营运经验。
2、运费结算须提供增值税专用发票。
3、近一年内未处于被责令停业，财产未被接管、冻结，未处于破产状态并出具加盖单位公章和法定代表人签章的承诺函及财务报表。
4、投标人如为代理人，则需提供投标公司针对本项目的唯一授权书。
5、本项目不接受联合体投标。
三、投标文件递交截止和开标时间、地点
1、投标文件递交的截止时间：2025年1月18日24时00分（北京时间）
2、开标时间：2025年1月20日10时00分（北京时间）
3、投标文件递交地点：江西润田实业股份有限公司
地址：江西省南昌市高新区火炬大街188号淳和大厦6楼物流管理部；
4、招标人只接收邮寄文件，投标人不需来我司开标现场；
5、逾期送达的或者未送达指定地点的投标文件，采购人不予受理。
