为深入贯彻党中央、国务院关于有效降低全社会物流成本的决策部署，全面落实省委、省政府和交通运输部工作要求，近日，经省政府同意，省厅联合省发展改革委、省工业和信息化厅、省公安厅、省财政厅、省商务厅、石家庄海关、河北海事局，8部门印发了《河北省交通物流降本提质增效工作实施方案（2024-2027年）》。经了解，该方案系全国首个印发的省级交通物流降本提质增效工作实施方案。
方案坚持目标导向、问题导向、改革导向，聚焦降低交通物流结构性、系统性、衔接性、技术性、制度性和要素性成本，提出开展运输结构调整攻坚、交通物流与产业融合、交通物流组织提质、交通物流新质生产力培育和交通物流营商环境优化“五大行动”，实施16项重点工程，加快提升交通物流全要素生产效率和整体服务效能，有效促进降低全社会物流成本。
