冷链物流网7 月 17 日获悉，江西供销（修水）冷链物流园项目预计 10 月底如期交付，目前项目已签意向协议 62 家，其中物流仓储区意向客户 36 家，交易市场区意向客户 47 家；物流仓储和交易市场区共租客户 21 家；目前已签约各业态意向客户总计面积 5.5 万平方米，意向客户签约入驻率为 44.1%。
据悉，该项目位于九江市修水县南圳村旁，由修水供销冷链科技有限公司开发，总投资约 15.4 亿元，占地面积约 282 亩，总建筑面积约 22 万平方米，涵盖中高档连锁酒店、农产品交易、冷链物流、高标仓储、市场运营配套等业态。目前是江西全省城乡冷链物流骨干网中面积最大、投资额度最高的项目，致力于打造赣湘鄂三省九县优质农副产品贸易和集散中心，构建产销对接大平台，助推乡村振兴发展。
