17356物流网7月16日获悉，京东集团宣布其位于深圳宝安的大湾区智能电商运营物流结算中心项目将于2026年初投产。
京东集团该项目总投资约为13.6亿元，占地面积6.9万平方米，建筑面积达31万平方米。该项目预计于2026年初建成投产，投产后年营收将达到160亿元，将建设包括智能电商订单生产中心、物流枢纽中心在内的多个智能仓储及分拣设施。
据悉，京东于2022年11月7日以底价9240万元竞得项目用地，地块位于外环高速路附近，命名为大湾区智能电商运营物流结算中心。该项目的建设将进一步巩固京东在智能物流领域的领先地位，并促进当地经济发展。
