近日，广西梧州岑溪市一二三产业融合基地冷链物流设施建设项目（以下简称“冷链项目”）的建设已进入尾声，主体工程已基本完工，预计将于今年底至明年初完成竣工验收。

冷链项目的顺利实施，是中国农业发展银行岑溪市支行（以下简称“农发行岑溪市支行”）全力服务乡村振兴，充分融入地方经济发展的有力体现。2022年8月，农发行岑溪市支行积极对接当地政府相关主管部门及项目业主岑溪市恒益投资有限公司，协助冷链项目顺利入选全国第三批基金项目名单，获得农发基础设施基金支持1926万元，专项用于补充项目资本金，大大缓解资金筹集压力。
此外，该行认真贯彻落实投贷联动政策，积极为项目提供“融资”“融智”等服务，全力发掘项目现金流，协调项目建设过程中存在的困难问题，并加大信贷资金倾斜力度，帮助项目获得中国农业发展银行广西分行审批贷款34000万元，截至目前，已累计投放贷款7562.33万元。
冷链项目建成投产后，将有力提升岑溪市冷链物流设施水平，帮助当地特色农产品更好地推向粤港澳大湾区，助力岑溪市打造成粤港澳大湾区的“菜篮子”，提高当地农民收入水平，促进一二三产业协调发展。
