冷链物流网近日获悉，辽宁省委、省政府印发《关于培育新质生产力推动高质量发展的意见》（简称《意见》），农村寄递物流体系、绿色发展、人才支撑等多项内容被纳入其中。
《意见》明确，在推动现代服务业发展方面，加快发展现代物流，加强冷链物流设施和网络建设，完善农村寄递物流体系。在绿色发展方面，全面推动清洁生产，着力打造集约高效、绿色低碳的产业园区、产业集群，持续推动具备条件的省级及以上园区实施循环化改造。在强化人才支撑方面，深入实施“技能辽宁行动”，加强新时代辽宁高技能人才队伍建设和高技能领军人才培育，健全有利于释放人才活力的评价激励机制，在新兴产业、新业态、新领域扩展职称评审和职业技能等级认定。
