6月28日，2024第十六届全球食品冷链大会在江西南昌召开。本届会议以“全球链接，跨界融合”为主题，600家冷链物流行业上下游企业和千余位嘉宾共同分享行业趋势、商业案例、价值理念及创新技术，探索冷链行业发展。
冷链物流在促进农业产业化发展、打通农产品上行通道、减少农产品流通损耗等方面具有重要作用。目前，全省省级以上农业产业化龙头企业超过1000家，其中超亿元企业930家、超10亿元企业76家，180多款优质农产品入驻高端商超、餐厅。江西正从传统农业大省向现代农业强省加快迈进，食品冷链物流市场规模也在不断扩大。省供销联社相关负责人表示，我省将聚焦农产品流通短板弱项，全面推进城乡冷链物流骨干网建设。省供销联社已在全省建成运营15个县域冷链物流园，冷冻冷藏库容达40.2万吨、常温库容达20.5万吨，配套建设了5个中央厨房、9个农批市场。下一步，我省将整合各方优势资源，努力搭建冷链物流产业链上下游发展平台，共同构建多元化农产品产销体系，打造食品冷链产业生态圈，助力江西农业产业高质量发展。
