此次接卸作业是小漠国际物流港与深圳市深汕海洋发展有限公司协同拓展的又一港口新业务。为确保业务的顺利进行，双方积极组织开展现场勘察，依据船舶参数、作业条件，针对设备搭配、效率提升、安全生产等方面进行协调部署，提前做好场地清理工作，科学制定最优卸船方案，不断优化卸货转场运输流程，并调派骨干力量参与卸船作业，最大程度提高作业效率，减少货物损耗。
