冷链物流17356产业网6月19日获悉，天门现代农业产业园正式开园，占地约2500亩的农产品加工区已入驻6家企业，1家已投产。据介绍，该产业园计划总投资25亿元，规划总用地3012亩，以建设农产品加工园、现代农业产业园、农业科技园为抓手，按照“三园合一”的功能定位，围绕“生产加工、科技创新、物流集散”三大核心功能，促进全产业链条增值，建设智慧农业物流云平台。
产业园一期于2022年动工建设，包括冷链仓储物流区、农贸交易区、农产品加工区，配套建设综合服务区、污水处理厂、市政道路等辅助功能板块。其中，冷链仓储物流区占地130亩，总库容约23万立方米；农贸交易区占地100亩，总建筑面积约3.5万平方米；展示办公区占地30亩，配置农业科技馆、庄稼医院、农产品研发、电子商务、产业孵化等功能。
以现代农业产业园为载体，引领农业高质高效发展。天门现代农业产业园以蒋湖农场、张港镇为核心区，辐射带动多宝镇、拖市镇等8个镇约40万亩蔬菜种植，计划到2025年，建成集农业生产、农业产业示范、农业休闲体验等于一体的绿色健康产业融合发展示范园。
