冷链物流网近日获悉，远洋物流与山东兴华建设集团有限公司（简称“兴华集团”）签署框架合作协议，双方将在物流园区的投资开发、工程建设、招商运营、物业服务、金融服务等领域开展深度合作。
目前，双方已全面启动首个合作项目青岛“兴华冷链物流中心”的轻资产运营服务，远洋物流将为委托方提供项目招商租赁、运营管理等系列专业服务，并将以此为起点展开更多项目的深层次、全方位合作。
据悉，兴华冷链物流中心位于青岛保税港区，总建筑面积8.2万平方米，包含4栋冷库及加工车间、查验场地等。
近年来，远洋集团在物流园区全周期开发运营领域打造嘉兴南湖、昆山高新、成都青白江等近40个高品质物流园区，拥有300余家优质合作企业资源，涵盖零售电商、快递快运、3PL、生鲜冷链、汽车零部件等众多行业领域；同时远洋物流也为央国企、多家境内外知名基金公司提供物流资产运营管理服务，在管项目面积超300万平方米。
