17356物流网6月16日获悉，大连市大窑湾保税物流中心（B型）项目开工。项目建成后，将实现“整车+口岸+保税”叠加功能，打造具有国际竞争力的东北汽车出口综合服务基地。
该项目位于辽宁自贸试验区大连片区，规划用地面积37.9万平方米，建设包括1座综合服务中心、1座展示中心、3座物流仓储库房、道路及配套建设用房、景观绿化等。该项目今年10月完成主体结构施工，11月完成全部主体暖封闭，计划于2025年3月验收移交。项目建成后，将为大连市汽车全产业链创新发展提供强大助力，服务大连加强东北亚国际航运中心和国际物流中心建设。
