农产品冷链物流网从兰州海关获悉，今年前4个月，甘肃农产品出口值达12.8亿元，同比增长15%。其中，种子、鲜苹果、蔬菜及食用菌出口值分别为3.4亿元、2.5亿元、1.7亿元，分别同比增长12.9%、7.3%、100.4%。
“我们种子的出口效率越来越高了！”双硕种子有限公司酒泉分公司负责人陈志席欣喜地说，现在企业只需要根据订单发运计划提前预约，海关工作人员就会很快上门，提供“货齐人到”查验和“零等待”签发证书服务，出口货物就能马上发走。
据介绍，今年以来，为支持甘肃农产品扩大出口，兰州海关建立出口属地和口岸海关长效联系机制，深入田间地头和生产企业，提前布置查验任务，实时调整验放优先级。同时，定期面向农户、企业开展技贸措施宣讲，在自种植源头开展质量安全管控，为甘肃农产品走出国门打通全链条“绿色通道”。
