据悉，该项目规划建设涵盖仓储区、零担区、多式联运区、国际物流区等 21 个功能区的区域性物流枢纽产业园，第一期用地约 500 亩，计划总投资约 75000 万元人民币。其中物流用地总面积约 400 亩，住宅和商业用地占项目一期总用地面积的 20%，共约 100 亩。
