5月25日，2024年定西市特色农产品及食品加工产业链招商引资推介洽谈会在上海举行，现场签约项目8个，总投资额19.17亿元。项目涉及定西马铃薯、中医药、草牧、高原夏菜等产业。
定西作为农业大市，所产特色农产品在“甘味”品牌中独树一帜，形成了特有的“定西味道”。特别是因资源禀赋得天独厚、农特产品品质上乘、产业链条齐全完备，“定西味道”走俏全国。当前，定西正在抢抓国家“一带一路”重大机遇，积极融入甘肃“一核三带”区域发展格局，充分发挥特色农产品资源优势，锚定精深化加工方向，深耕“土特产”，做足“大文章”，特色产业发展释放出巨大潜力，蕴含着无限商机。
会上，安定区、临洮县、渭源县结合各自实际和特色农产品、食品加工及招商引资项目开展了推介，农业农村部农产品初加工专家组成员、杭州电子科技大学、上海市甘肃定西商会、迈思可工业技术（上海）有限公司等代表在会上作了发言。
