5月18日上午，河南首条低空无人机物流配送航线首飞成功。这次首飞航线全程近9公里，配送物品主要是手机等电子产品，12分钟后，物品安全抵达收货人手中。
据介绍，无人机配送突破了地形限制，不受环境影响，整个配送时效提升300%以上，配送时间平均降低了60%以上，而且成本大幅降低，配送3C数码产品、珠宝、黄金首饰等高端产品，用户体验将有所提升。
负责这次承运任务的物流无人机最大载重9公斤，最大运输半径15公里，搭载40*30*20厘米的货箱，能在6级风下正常运行，平均速度超过每小时40公里。
河南通航无人机科技有限公司相关负责人介绍：“我们选择了国内技术领先并且配备了应急降落伞的一款物流无人机，在这个航线图中，设置了多处应急点，以确保无人机物流配送的安全稳定。”
这种平台经济+低空经济发展新模式，首批共有三条航线，中豫航空集团主要负责人说：“我们将以新兴产业和应急救援等事关国计民生的项目为抓手，贯通人才培养、科技创新、应用服务等产业链条，逐步建立集研发、生产、应用为一体的无人机产业体系，为河南新质生产力发展蓄势聚力。”
