果蔬拼装直供香港模式率先在永州实施，有力促进了农产品出口。今天，江永县生产的23.2吨蔬菜和4.8吨水果经过拼装打包、集中申报，由冷链货车发运香港，通关时间较以往压缩80%，约7小时便可到达香港。
“3月实施果蔬‘拼装+集中申报’出口模式后，公司每天出口粤港澳大湾区的蔬菜有60吨，比以前多了一倍;水果出口也实现零的突破，每天出口量约5吨。”江永县广发农业有限公司董事长李利武介绍，高效通关红利不断释放，现在供港商品种类愈加丰富，提升了冷链货车的利用率，为企业降低30%的物流成本。
江永是农业大县，目前有粤港澳大湾区菜篮子工程认证基地24家，蔬菜种植面积29.8万亩，年总产值20亿元以上。该县建成一次性吞吐农产品2万余吨的供港澳果蔬冷链物流集散中心，日配送供应特色农产品达1500余吨。
