农产品冷链物流网日前获悉，界首蔓菁正式入选2024年第一批全国名特优新农产品名录。至此，阜阳市入选全国名特优新农产品名录的农产品数量达30个，位居全省第三。根据有关规定，入选产品可在产品包装上标注“全国名特优新农产品”字样，以提高农产品知名度与辨识度。

全国名特优新农产品是指在特定区域内生产、具备一定生产规模和商品量、具有显著地域特征和独特营养品质特色、有稳定的供应量和消费市场、公众认知度和美誉度高，并经农业农村部农产品质量安全中心登录公告和核发证书的农产品。蔓菁又名芜菁，根茎叶均可食用。界首蔓菁有扁圆形、长圆形或圆锥形，表皮白色、淡黄色，脆嫩汁多，稍有甜味。目前，界首及其周边区域均有种植。
