近日，三亚市电动汽车与充电设施协会物流车专业委员会成立。大会审议通过《三亚市电动汽车与充电设施协会物流车专业委员会章程》等相关文件，并投票选举出第一届物流车专业委员会管理领导班子。
三亚市科工信局相关负责人表示，三亚今年计划新增2000辆新能源物流车上牌，该委员会的成立，将有益于推动新能源商用车在物流领域的广泛应用。
海南省工信厅2023年印发了《海南省2023-2025年鼓励新能源汽车推广应用若干措施》，相关规定显示，在海南省购买新能源载货营运汽车(含邮政快递及城市物流配送车辆)新车并在省内注册登记，中重型车辆自车辆注册登记起一年内核算里程达3万公里的，每辆车可申领3万元的一次性运营服务补贴；轻型及以下车辆自车辆注册登记起一年内核算里程达2万公里的，每辆车可申领1万元的一次性运营服务补贴。2023年、2024年、2025年注册登记的车辆补贴标准分别按100%、90%和80%执行。
