2024年5月8日，航拍已经主体完工封顶的玉湖冷链（武汉）交易中心项目，正全面进入外立面施工及设备安装调试阶段，预计今年年底建成投运。据冷链物流网了解，玉湖冷链（武汉）交易中心位于武汉市黄陂区，项目占地约312亩，共建设8座冷库，冷库库容约21.4万吨，规划打造成全球冷链产品一级市场，将建成国内外冻品源头代采、报关报检、园内交割、销端直达的一站式现代化冷链交易枢纽，预计达产后实现冻品年交易量约160万吨，年交易额超400亿元，将进一步推动产业链融合、助力武汉冷链贸易双循环。
